He or she will be gifted at inspiring confidence in the teams he/she directly manages, across the organization, and externally with large suppliers and vendors; this requires an exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and to bring clarity to ambiguous situations. Required Experience 5+ years progressive experience in various supply chain planning roles A proven track record of growth and increasing responsibility, specifically in acquiring scope/leading areas outside of planning
Preferred experience: 1. 5+ year's progressive experience in various capacity/supply chain planning roles 2. Proven track record of growth and increasing responsibility, specifically in acquiring scope/leading areas in supply chain and capacity planning 3. Hands-on leadership experience moving fluidly from long-term strategy to day-to-day tactical implementation 4. Excellent communication, collaboration skills and outstanding systems thinking and design skills Basic Qualifications: 1.
