The US Consumables Retail product line at Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for expanding our Consumables categories through our B2B marketplace, Amazon Business. Amazon Business is dedicated to offering a broad selection of products and supplies to business, industrial, education, healthcare, and commercial customers at competitive prices. The Consumables product categories span across multiple business customer needs including Breakroom, Janitorial and Sanitation, Healthcare, Food Service, Hospitality, and Retail and Distribution with the vision of enabling Amazon Business to have competitive offers on the products that our business customers need to supply every facet of their business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take a critical role in building one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. This Senior Product Manager works with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and management to develop
· 5+ years of relevant product or program management experience in B2B wholesale distribution, e-commerce, finance, retail, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results · Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization through strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills · Strong analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and time
