Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product and Customer Insights Manager, Customer Experience Strategy, based in Seattle, WA. The service our team provides is to inspect, measure, and drive improvements to Amazon’s Delivery Experience and present recommendations to senior leaders in order to drive changes and solve identified issues. The person in this role will help contribute to and own our service delivery and project roadmap, and will innovate and build new methodologies and products to continuously iterate and improve our service - all in an effort to provide a better customer experience. The candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering projects in a complex and ambiguous environment. Previous product management experience would be advantageous for this role.
