Our team is looking for a customer-centric Senior Program Manager to manage the daily operations of the Change Management intake process, while managing a select portfolio of business relationships with simple to highly complex initiatives that impact store operations. This includes deep diving into projects to ensure the right problem is being addressed, projects are prioritized
· BA or BS from an accredited university · 5+ years of experience in program, change management, or project management within a fast-paced metrics driven environment · Demonstrated ability to influence others at both peer and leader level · Ability to advocate for internal customers while recognizing change which will impact the business and external customer · Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, problem solving and project management skills · Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market · History of cross-functional partnership, teamwork and willingness
