The Retail Operations and Initiatives team is looking for an energetic GM for its Program Management team (Sr. Manager, Program Management). This senior leader will lead a team supporting Amazon’s Canada and Mexico businesses consisting of Hardlines, Softlines, Media, Consumables, as well as special projects. You will partner with business, operations and technology teams throughout Amazon, driving initiatives to improve Retail’s efficiencies through a combination of process improvements and automation. You will interact regularly with senior leadership and cross functional teams worldwide (including finance, transportation, operations, legal, and tech) to drive results. The ideal candidate is an influential leader possessing tremendous customer focus with business, operations and technology knowledge, a first class problem solver, and inspirational people manager.
