· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience · 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a Software Development Manager role managing managers. · 5+ years experience building distributed systems · 2+ years experience in preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals· 20 years of experience in the Software Development Industry · 3+ years of experience in managing managers · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds
