The Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance (ERMC) team drives company-wide priorities and goals for addressing enterprise-wide risks and to monitor business compliance programs. For areas where global coordination is required to manage risk, ERMC 1) establishes company-wide policies and requirements, 2) manages and oversees programs to mitigate risks, 3) monitors business compliance with requirements, and 4) reports testing results to Amazon senior leadership. As a Senior Tech Auditor, you will lead the planning, scoping, execution, and reporting of audits based on identified risks related to various ERMC risk programs. You will provide consultative support to business partners to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving compliance and operational performance. · BA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, or related field · 3-5 years of experience with IT and Operations auditing, risk management, IT Compliance, Information Security, IT program or project management, and/or software development · · Strong risk management experience, including: performing assessments and audits, designing controls, managing enterprise control frameworks, and prioritizing risk. · A fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances and behaviors of Amazon's systems architecture.
