In this role, you will provide financial leadership to WW Operations HR, a dynamic, global organization that supports the hiring, development and retention of one of the largest workforces world-wide. The WW Operations HR organization includes a broad range of functional expertise, from recruiters and HR Business Partners to software development engineers, data scientists and research scientists who are responsible for the technology platforms and people science that make Amazon Ops HR one of the most innovative HR teams in the world. Key responsibilities for this role include forecasting and planning, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, financial metrics, spending approvals and budget reviews with senior HR leadership. In addition, this role will drive operational efficiencies through analysis of spending, staffing ratios and program effectiveness. · BA/BS Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field · 3+ years of experience in reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results · Advanced knowledge of Excel · General understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles· MBA or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field · Experience in using SQL to extract and manipulate data. Familiarity with Cognos. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Highly analytical and detail oriented. · Ability to meet tight deadlines
