Reporting to an Executive Recruiting Client Lead and based in our corporate offices in Seattle, the Senior Executive Recruiter will perform sourcing and search execution for tech management positions within Amazon's AWS business. This is a fast-paced role with a fun and exciting team. This search specialist will utilize a range of skills to find the best talent for Amazon including search research, networking and candidate development. · Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. · 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market. · Experience advising and influencing executive leadership Masters or MBA preferred.
