Senior Design Producer DESCRIPTION The Amazon Alexa Automotive is bringing Alexa from the home to the vehicle and on the go. We leverage Alexa's unique strengths to provide safe, productive, and fun experiences while mobile. We're pushing the envelope in automatic speech recognition and natural language understanding to enhance personal mobility and add value to our customers. We are seeking an innovative, self-motivated and ownership-minded Senior Design Producer to be a force-multiplier for our Design team, amplify our impact, and drive our vision of a mobile Alexa. Senior Design Producers provide program management and operational support for design, especially on collaborative work across functional teams. They enhance communication and connection points, streamline the collaboration processes, and drive higher standards. For this role, we seek a design-minded master planner to collaborate with two types of stakeholders: 1) internal teams who will help shape Alexa's role as a driving
· A bachelor's degree · 5+ years as a Senior Producer, Program Manager, or Creative Producer in a design agency or corporate design department · 2+ years leadership experience building relationships with, presenting to, and elevating the role of design within partner/client orgs· Strong presentation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex systems and processes simply · Proven ability of critical thinking in a deadline-driven environment — analyzing data, solving problems and scoping and prioritizing technical requirements · Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
