The Microsoft Commercial Communications team is looking for a high-performing, senior communications manager to lead communications for Enterprise AI. This candidate will work with
Build and implement impactful PR plans, strategies and programs. Own and land important news announcements and thought leadership stories for coverage in top tier business, general news and trade press. Build high quality PR and social media content and materials. Work closely with business, communications, marketing and engineering counterparts across the company as a trusted partner and advisor. Manage and develop spokespeople, including senior executives. Coordinate customer and partner references and stories. Lead and guide external agency resources for media research, engagement and results
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience working in Public Relations +5 years of working experience in marketing or communications experience. Experience/background/familiarity with technologies, such as: AI; big data; cloud; bots and digital assistants; developer tools, services and infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communications, writing and project management skills. Proficiency in integrated marketing, messaging and positioning. A love for storytelling. A proven track record of cross-group collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, successful navigation of matrixed
