The Opportunity: We are a looking for a Sr. Client Lead for our Operations Technology Talent Acquisition Team to support a critical vertical (Amazon Fulfillment Technology) within Operations
· 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related business experience · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required· Strong understanding of the complexities involved in recruiting software engineers and technical talent · Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment while modeling Amazon’s Leadership Principles · Proven success within large and complex organizations, building collaborative partnerships with customers and partners · Highly influential talent advisor who can recommend and successfully implement talent acquisition strategies
