Amazon Global Sales is seeking a highly-skilled, data-driven and motivated individual who can support our sales teams through projects, tools, analysis, new process implementation and delivering resolution paths for Seller escalations. Our sales teams facilitate the international expansion of US based Sellers, and this role will own their Seller Experience. Sales of products by third-party Sellers on our websites represent more than one-third of units sold, and the Seller Services business is growing faster than our Retail business. As an organization, Amazon Global Sales is highly influential by coordinating across sales organizations globally, Product teams, and Category teams. This is a highly influential role with a big impact on business decision making and the overall productivity of the team. This person will also own a number of high-impact cross-functional projects aimed at improving the Seller experience. The role requires someone who can learn concepts quickly, and apply them

· Bachelor's degree. · Excel data analysis and report. Familiarity with Excel formulas (e.g. vlookup) and pivot tables. · E-Commerce industry or related industry experience. · Experience supporting sales organization in a programmatic way. · Experience driving process improvements. · Experience with international trade and/or logistics a plus. · SQL skills a plus. · Strong customer service, organizational, process, and workflow skills. · Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication, and an ability to work autonomously. · Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within
