Knowledge, experience and skills required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related sciences – or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in Service Operations or Engineering environment 3+ years' experience in providing high level production support services 2+ years' experience managing high-availability environments 2+ year of experience with building on Microsoft Azure or other Cloud solutions Proven experience with SQL (MySQL/Sql Server/Sql Azure) High-level programming languages (C#/JAVA/JavaScript/PowerShell/Bash) Server Administration (Windows Server/Linux)
