As an organization, Amazon’s US Selling Partner Recruitment and Development Organization is in a unique position to be highly influential; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams, and Amazon Vendors. As a result of strong business growth, we are looking for a Sales Leader to help us build and lead a business development sales team of Strategic Sales Account Representatives focused on growing top line revenue for Vendors at Amazon, by delivering sales inputs across selection, buyability and promotions to boost ASINs with a sale of products sourced by Amazon. The role is focused on leading a team that works with top VSP Vendors in the US across categories, driving Vendor business growth. Members of this team are responsible for ensuring that our top VSP Vendors are adopting and utilizing features to its fullest potential, to make them successful on Amazon and will be responsible for driving the P and L of the business. • 7+ years professional leadership experience with proven managerial background • Bachelor's Degree and MBA • Program management experience • Business development / Sales team lead experience • Sales Experience with relationship management and negotiation skills • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including SalesForce, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint. • Experience in Vendor
