The Amazon Fresh Foods Team is looking for a smart, results-oriented and data-driven Program Manager to manage Sales Enablement with our retail channel partners. In this role you must be able to build a relationship with both the Account Management team and the channel, clearly communicate expectations, understand each channel’s unique internal processes and then work with them to drive process improvements. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task while managing many cross-functional projects. The role will focus on maintaining day-to-day operations within our channels while identifying opportunities for new Sales Enablement tools and continuous improvement

· Program Management Experience – this includes organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results · 2+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management and/or operations in a customer service environment · Excel and/or Smartsheet skills and experience in sales and operations planning · Strong focus on and understanding of the customer experience, with ability to quickly assess the situation and identify solutions to improve/fix. · Experience in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities · Ability
