Amazon seeks a Program Manager to join our expanding North America (NA) Sales Operations Excellence team for the Corporate Gift Cards Channel. The NA Corporate Gift Cards channel is a fast growing, multi-billion business through which Amazon sells gift cards to corporate clients (Amazon Incentives) and distributes Amazon gift cards and balance products through in grocery, pharma, convenience and other retail channels (Brick and Mortar). The Amazon Gift Cards and Amazon Balance Products exist to drive the Amazon Flywheel by adding new customers and driving higher engagement from existing customers by meeting the following customer needs: 1)Gifting and Incentives: We strive to make Amazon Gift Cards the world's most convenient and desired gift or incentive. 2) Paying: Customers need and desire access to multiple payment instruments and tools to plan and manage spend on Amazon. To meet these needs, we invest in making it easy to find, discover and use Amazon Balance products. With growth across
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Operations Management or related field. · 4+ years proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion. · Experience in a financial operations role (such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable) or in an operations role requiring substantial interaction and process development with such functions · Proven excellent communication skill (written and verbal) and confidence in communicating and enforcing difficult business decisions. · Internal and external customer focus
