The Program Manager applies project management best practices to make the team more efficient, resolve blocking problems, and facilitate delivery of results. · Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field · 2+ years of relevant experience in project or program management · 2+ years of experience in delivering results through effective program administration. This includes organizing workloads, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and time management. · Demonstrated experience using project and task management tools such as JIRA or Asana · Demonstrated experience using reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau · Ability to distill a set of complex requirements into actionable tasks · High-level understanding of cloud computing
