The Shared Services Design Studio is a newly formed and dynamic center of product design for Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO), the organization that builds the critical products and services that Microsoft runs on. We are the team leading the Digital Transformation for Microsoft through our work designing the experiences used by our employees to stay efficient, engaged, and productive, including innovative experiences within the Smart Campus. We are looking for a Program Manager who can operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, working with our centralized Coherence team to help build and drive our Design System into high-quality shipped products. To transform the workplace we must first transform how we build our products, and the Design System lies at the heart of this initiative.

- Develop and manage partnerships with product teams, working with peers to drive the design system into product roadmaps - Advocate for the design system and work with partner teams adopt and onboard - Help manage and improve the operations of the centralized Coherence team, ensuring smooth workflow from planning and project kickoffs, through design, production, and resource delivery to engineering - Help drive Coherence team planning that aligns with Studio, Product, and Organizational priorities and timing - Help message the Design System story and status through various internal communications,
- 5 + years of program management experience with proven success in working with partners and customers - Eye and passion for product quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail - Innate curiosity, data driven, and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup-like environment - Project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical - Understanding of web and mobile technologies and patterns, and service operations at scale -
