The Amazon Gift Card business is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar global business which significantly contributes to Amazon’s flywheel. The Gift Cards team is responsible for creating and enhancing multiple products sold globally through the Amazon website, offline stores, and B2B corporate clients. In this role, you will be a strategic partner for Customer Service and Product teams, continuously evaluating and iterating to improve customer solutions. You will drive people, processes, and technology improvement initiatives to optimize the customer experience. Responsibilities include: · Advocate on behalf of the Customer during all business engagements to ensure a consistent and valuable experience for each Customer. · Drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the Customer Support experience
