The Selling Partner Recruitment and Development team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive our end-to-end onboarding and education experience vision for all Amazon Selling Partner programs. You will lead a large cross-organizational team of senior SDMs, Data Scientists, PMs, and UXDs to define and deliver this vision, striking a tricky balance among enabling immediate Selling Partner growth, supporting strategic programs, and preventing bad actors. The experience you build will be used to onboard hundreds of thousands of Amazon Selling Partners annually

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline · 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, including hands-on program management of large, cross-functional software efforts · Experience with agile methodologies · Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units, at all levels · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work on diverse teams · Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects · Experience developing Internet products
