The Xbox Live team is looking for an experienced Principal PM to lead our Experiences PM team. In this role, you will lead a strong and diverse team of PMs responsible for defining and delivering the gaming social experiences with apps on PC,
- Be at the heart of defining, organizing and driving gaming social user experiences - Partner with, inspire and unlock the creativity of the development, design and user research teams - Be customer obsessed in everything you do while also delivering on our key business objectives - Collaborate with key partner teams including Game Pass, Mixer and Gaming Platform teams to deliver a simple and intuitive experience - Present and communicate experience vision and roadmaps at all levels from senior leadership to individual feature teams - Exceptional people management, coaching and development while
- 7+ years of related experience in Program Management, User Experience or Product Development - 4+ years of people management experience - Demonstrated success in delivering simple, intuitive and engaging user interfaces to a diverse set of customers and devices - Demonstrated ability to directly manage a team of PMs to achieve results, strategic thinking and grow careers. - Exceptional communication, teamwork, negotiation and project management skills - Self-starter who not only deals well with, but thrives in ambiguity - Dream to innovate and think about complex problems while retaining focus
