Much of our work focuses on helping teams optimize their existing systems and processes, building tools, and modernizing their approach to software development. We use a breadth of tools and approaches to solve a broad spectrum of problems. We recognize that practices such as limiting time spent on operational work, blameless postmortems, and iterative improvement are key to product quality and interesting and dynamic day-to-day work. - Engage with product teams to help them improve the whole lifecycle of software development—from work management and design, through to build, test, and deployment. - Scale systems sustainably through approaches like continuous integration and delivery, and evolve the teams and their processes by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. - Stay current on latest software development and DevOps innovations to enable you to conduct experiments, drive systems improvement, and act as subject matter expert. - Share knowledge with others through solution documents, engage with technical
- 5+ years of experience in software development and consulting - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of industry experience in building and deploying applications using DevOps tools - Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems - Proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged situations Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
