We are looking for an engineering manager to help us scale. The manager will be leading a group of talented engineers to build robust engineering infrastructure to push quality upstream and to ensure end to end experience. BS/Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience leading and building engineering team 8+ years of engineering development and best practices. Experience overseeing project from inception to product shipping and sustain engineering. Strong debugging and technical problem solving skills, as well as a passion to solve hard, ambiguous problems Experienced in developing plans/strategies and ability to collaborate cross team to define measurement for quality, assess risk and mitigation plan Strong testing mentality and an eye for quality
