Qualifications 10+ years in design, people-management and team-development experience, with a degree in a relevant field (human-computer interaction, graphic design, interaction design...) and a portfolio of relevant UX-focused work samples An online portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate experience delivering high-quality products in an agile environment Proven experience growing and leading multi-disciplinary design teams Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
