A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated work experience in general litigation, including first chair responsibility in some cases and some trial experience. Significant responsibility in at least five patent cases preferred. Experience with international patent litigation, trial systems and/or patent system a plus. A demonstrated ability to direct creatively and effectively the defense of a sophisticated client in complex litigation. Knowledge and understanding of trial presentation techniques.
