Amazon's Consumer Customer Service (CS) department is looking for an experienced Multimedia Content Strategist to join an experienced team of Content Developers, Managers and Assistants. The role will report to the Senior Program Manager for CS Multimedia Content and be a key member of the Multimedia Content team. A talented and passionate Multimedia Content Strategist will lead the development of visual help content for Consumer Customer Service. The role will be deeply involved in our Customer Service business and will work collaboratively with designers, business stakeholders, project management teams, and editors across the world. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and Manage the production of compelling, effective, and easy to use content · Provide support during the design, production and review stages of video and graphic production projects · Work

· Experience working in project and program management environments · 5+ years working in a content development environment or creative industry · Advanced proficiency in content design software, including Abode Production Suites · Knowledge of trending and emerging online multimedia tools and formats · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment. · Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail (manage ambiguity; be prepared to get involved)
