Hardlines Private Brands (HPB) is a fast-growing global business that is developing and scaling initiatives to transform how our customers discover Private Brands at Amazon. Our team is looking for a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead diverse marketing initiatives that drive customer discovery and conversion. This role will own and manage multiple marketing channels that increase HPB’s share of wallet. The ideal candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (experimenting to identify ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). He or she will utilize a data-driven approach to create and optimize marketing programs, using KPIs to deliver against our revenue goals and enhance our channel performance. Additionally, this individual will excel at integrating with Private Brand counterparts in Consumables/Softlines (globally) and central teams (AMS, Omni, Shopping Ads, etc.). Being able to flex

· BA/BS Required · 3+ years of experience managing online customer experience, merchandising, and marketing strategies · Experience managing and optimizing online traffic growth from various sources like direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, associates, mobile, and email. · Experience with SQL (basic queries), HTML, XML, Excel, and Word · Strong verbal and written communication skills · MBA or MS in Marketing, Marketing Analytics preferred · 5+ years of experience managing online customer experience, merchandising, and marketing strategies · Deep understanding of online advertising
