This leader will manage a small team responsible for generating customer insights, mining data, making recommendations, and helping senior leaders make key business decisions to improve our operational excellence; all on a large scale. An ideal candidate will be someone with broad technical background in data analytics, strong business acumen, high degree of ownership, and is customer obsessed. The successful candidate will also be a great communicator who can crisply communicate analyses in non-technical terms to senior management. They will have a strong bias towards data-driven decision making and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. · Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience · 7+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics, statistics, and data mining · 2+ years of experience in managing a team of Business Analysts or Business Intelligence Engineers · Advanced proficiency in SQL · Experience in managing and prioritizing a project backlog · Experience with data visualization using Tableau or similar tools · Experience in hiring, retaining, coaching, and managing a high-functioning team · Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail · Both technically deep and business
