The Global Early Career Team leads the design and delivery of the Microsoft Aspire Experience. The Microsoft Aspire is a 2-year development experience offered to all new university hires globally. Our goal is to empower university hires to achieve more. We are seeking experienced professionals who are interested in building and applying their business management skills while gaining an end to end view of the HR organization in our fast-moving world. You will work with multiple HR, business team members and stakeholders to help our org and you develop solid processes in place and see the end to end execution
What You'll Be Doing Key responsibilities include: Owning and directing the rhythm of the business, including quarterly and monthly l business reviews, Team meetings, off-sites, and other key stakeholder meetings. Driving and managing accountability for the Global early career portfolio of work. Includes ownership for executive reporting, governance framework for strategic initiatives, comprehensive and real-time view of TLI deliverables and milestones Drive adoption of the strategic communication framework to equip the MS Aspire cohort, alumni, leaders and the business organizations with key messages
