Amazon is looking for a Program Manager/Business Analyst to join our Global Communities Group (GCG). GCG is building innovative and engaging new communities that connect critical third party partners and Amazon to accelerate learning and knowledge sharing and delight our end customer. This includes the management and analysis of ongoing in-person events, combined with apps and awards that will take Amazon’s commitment to the success of our partners to the next level. In this role you will support the Sr. Program lead in the execution of our first community roll-out, while also playing a part in its design and evolution. You will work alongside, and coordinate, professionals in technology, event management, marketing, communications and content creation to build a compelling and invaluable learning and networking proposition for owners within our Last Mile network. You will oversee the internal business process and planning functions in order for the program leaders to make data driven decisions
· Bachelor’s Degree · 5+ years of program or project management experience with excellent program and project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and stakeholder management · Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting · Experience leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated · Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, or other data management systems
