Front End Engineer – AWS IoT Device Management AWS IoT Device Management makes it easy for customers to securely onboard, organize, monitor, and remotely manage IoT devices at scale. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and creative front end engineer to be part of Device Management group within AWS IoT. As part of the small agile group, you will work on all aspects of the service but focus on developing a top-notch customer facing web based platform. You’ll partner closely with other AWS teams. In addition, you’ll collaborate with all members of our software development team, including product management, and UX design. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field · 3+ years professional experience in software development · Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design · Computer Science fundamentals in data structures · Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Java or Python· Experience with mobile app and web technologies such as React Native, JavaScript, Objective-C and Swift · Experience with DynamoDB or similar large scale databases and/or distributed computing
