Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to be a key member in our Fire TV Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to join one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon. Devices industry experience is preferred but not required. As a Finance Manager, you will work directly with business leaders to identify opportunities and develop business cases. Job responsibilities include: · Developing the business case and the financial models for new devices. · Partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand and influence the financials of all new devices we launch. · Work with a newly launched business team to test and develop new ideas and business models for emerging products. · Own and drive finance communication with the business teams on product performance, P and L impact, Risks and opportunities. The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision making
BA/BS degree in finance, business, economics, or related field and 7+ years of relevant finance experience OR master's degree and 5+ years of relevant finance experiencePreferred Qualifications · MBA or MS in Finance, Economics or a related field · Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion · Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning ad the presentation of alternatives
