As the Partner Marketing Advisor – Apps and Infra, in the OCP Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you could be part of a significant transformation that will require the creation of new innovative GTM strategies and execution of plays with our Channel Partners to drive multi-billion-dollar business across the US Subsidiary. The PMA is a strategic role in the MSUS OCP org, responsible for defining, shaping and executing against the Apps and Infra partner strategy to achieve our Azure performance metrics for the subsidiary, via our different partner portfolios. The seniority of the role evidences Microsoft's deep commitment to the partner ecosystem to build a mutually beneficial business relationship by working closely with partner leadership. The PMA represents Microsoft to the channel, communicates our strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in the digital transformation journey.

External Responsibilities: Develop, support, and execute a partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Apps and Infra solution workload. Orchestrate sales enablement, co-selling efforts, alliances, and external communities to generate leads for the business. Lead GTM solution play readiness across Partners. Own GTM Play performance and communications with Partners. Lead results/outcome measurement and optimization. Internal Responsibilities: Build and execute the Apps and Infra OCP Solution plays. Lead execution to deliver on Scorecard metrics (ACA, ACR and IP Co-sell); build and deliver Correction
12+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry Strategic, Analytical bent of mind: the role requires strategic and analytical thinking skillsets, as the person will be responsible for defining the all-up partner strategy to achieve the revenue and customer add goals. Additionally, as the OCP Scorecard metric owner, the candidate should be comfortable with measuring/analyzing performance, driving data-driven decisions Experience with technology platforms and solutions
