We have learned that customer’s love IMDb Freedive so we are looking for a Content Acquisition Manager who can build on our early success, pioneer new programs for customers, and help define our future. We are looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical Manager who can drive Content Strategy and Acquisition for IMDb Freedive in order to increase customers and engagement for Amazon’s newest video business. He/She will work in a highly collaborative environment, and be responsible for key aspects of the business including defining the content strategy, negotiating deals with studio partners and collaborating with marketing to drive demand increase customer and hour growth. The right leader will be data-driven with a proven track record of developing
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years’ experience in Studio Content Acquisition Experience · Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others · Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs. · Ability to hire, develop and manage a world class team · Experience analyzing content usage patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives · Experience in the media industry preferred. · Has relentlessly high standards · Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution · Experience with customer
