The Digital Engines team in the One Chanel Partner (OCP) group is looking for a creative, inquisitive and deeply technical business strategist to develop innovative ways to engage Microsoft partners at scale, generating actionable insights and ensuring we are using cutting-edge technology to have the most effective connections possible with partners. We are in the midst of a significant transformation and need your help! If you are a smart, execution-oriented strategist with a passion for experimentation, are deeply familiar with AI, data, and its application to complex business problems, and have an ability to take the insights learned from customer and partner feedback to rapidly improve our systems, processes and experiences, we want to meet you.

Own and drive the strategy, collaboration and adoption across the team of new technology, powered by big data and AI, to deepen the effectiveness of our engagements with partners at scale Work with engineering teams to design, scope, budget and implement new capabilities; develop POCs and pilot projects to evaluate the effectiveness, and develop change management processes to onboard new technology for broader adoption Explore and stay current on industry best practices, bringing insights and ideas to help drive and shape future strategy and business planning Help develop and drive prioritization
Experience applying technology to complex business and customer care problems. Bonus: deep experience in the application of AI systems to real-world problems; Contextual, strategic thinking with a strong command of a variety of analytical and market research techniques, sought out as an analytical expert and, more importantly, as a strategic advisor.
