The Chief of Staff will report to the CVP of Bing and AI Products and will own and drive the execution of key operational rhythms and business programs across Bing Product and Design and Engineering. The position will also dot-line to the CVP of Bing Engineering to provide business management support. This is a business-critical role that will enable the right candidate to have a direct and significant impact on one of the most unique and fast-paced organizations at Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities include: Financial management: lead financial management for the business (opex, headcount, COGS) including budgeting, execution and compliance. Operational Management: Assist the CVP in the day-to-day operational management of his office in partnership with his EA. Productivity: Identifying, documenting, and following-up on issues, and helping drive closure to ensure overall productivity of the CVP and the team. ROB/Planning: Lead and coordinate the organizational and business ROB (including FY Calendar, FY planning activities, LT meetings) while driving process improvements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Experience in managing large complex organizational budgets Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including demonstrated success in organizing and facilitating RoB meetings and content across senior engineering and leadership personas.
