The Citizen Application Platform team is looking for a Business Administrator to provide team support for our ISV, Flow, Power AI teams, and will partner with the broader global Power AI. Coordinating high level meeting requests and event logistics. Additional responsibilities include: catering, event management, maintaining the security group aliases, team space management, interim expense approvals, budget tracking, hardware management and ordering, new hire onboarding, headcount support, invoice processing, and PO management.

This position requires the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, demonstrates problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. Candidate must have the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion and use good judgment in discussing information about Microsoft. Works successfully in a team environment and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. We are looking for a motivated team player who is self-driven with a growth mindset
3+ years of administrative experience in a high paced environment Effective time management Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills required Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including: Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as knowledge in internal applications including: Headtrax, Teams, MSExpense2, MyOrder, MS Travel, MSS, and iCIMS Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the small details Needs to be present during standard core business hours Ability to lift and move standard office equipment (i.e. computers and peripherals)
