· Bachelor’s Degree · 6+ years of direct experience with regulatory compliance and risk management · Compliance experience in HIPAA, COPPA, GDPR, Trade, Sanctions, Data Security · Program management experience · Experience developing and operating audit mechanisms · Experience reviewing compliance process, standards, and policy· JD, MBA, CPA · Computer Science, Systems Architecture experience · Device Security and Privacy Experience · Business Intelligence Experience · Demonstrated ability to weigh risk areas and business objectives to propose realistic solutions · Demonstrated ability to coordinate
