The Worldwide Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Strategy and Innovation team leads cross-functional projects that require collaboration and partnership with Amazon businesses, geographical units and technical subject matter experts (SMEs). We partner with teams to inspire bold thinking, iterate on ideas, and deliver the solutions that will make Amazon the safest workplace on earth. The purpose of communication is to engage with operations, tech, engineering and other potential partners as a means to create pathways for future partnerships to incubate tomorrow’s solutions today. This is done through strategic communication using ‘pull’ marketing methodology based on the stories we need to be sharing. The goal of the WW EHS Strategy and Innovation (S and I) team communication is to provide a steady drumbeat of initiatives that continually reduce risks, improve network communications, enhance reporting and produce technical documentation (WBR/MBR/QBR/White Papers). The result is that the
· 3+ years experience in the creation, management and delivery of digital content for web pages, videos, collaboration spaces, animation, newsletters, technical documents, business reports etc. · 3+ years of using design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar · 3+ year in use of tools for project management and document creation (MS Word, Project, Publisher, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Professional, SharePoint)· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications/Graphic Design · Approachable change agent with bold energy, passion and skill to drive change · Strong relationship building/networking/interpersonal
