The Amazon Home Services team allows customers to book a variety of services from mounting you new TV on a wall, cleaning your house, yard work and installing a smart thermostat or doorbell. As much as Amazon is a household name for thousands of products, but is yet to be come the first stop for services. With this need growing consistently, Amazon strives to be top-of-mind for all services, while simplifying the end-to-end experience from ordering, to scheduling, product ordering and fulfilling the service. We are looking for an experienced Workflow Analyst to drive reporting for our services team. You'll own everything from ad-hoc reporting to long-term analytical and business models that will drive material insights to the team on an on-going basis. You'll be focused on designing, managing, and publishing reporting that provide business stakeholders to the progress being made, as well as, highlight where the gaps may exist and require process refinement and improvement. Core responsibilities

· Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline · 4+ years experience as a business analyst, data scientist or similar job function, including 3+ years of relevant experience with data mining, SQL, building reporting, and modeling · Experience in developing business models and metrics to address business critical issues in a time-sensitive environment · Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role· Ability to quickly
