MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1. Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop the design team. Help with planning, prioritizing, and overseeing initiatives; manage projects; ensure that all designs are executed on time and at the highest quality levels; manage and scope team initiatives, set priorities, and direct the team to ensure timely delivery. 2. Deliver business vision using design artifacts such as Information Architecture, Task Flow, and High-Fidelity mocks and prototypes. 3. Proactively assess, identify, and solve large-scale user experience problems with minimal guidance. Share and seek adoption of these solutions for company-wide impact. 4. Analyze user interface problems and lead your team in creating on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. 5. Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams. 6. Regularly present the team’s work to senior managers and executives for review and feedback. 7. A Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architectural or Environmental Design, Digital Communications Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline and 5 years of experience in UX design, graphic design, or digital design. In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of experience in in UX design, graphic design, or digital design in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of experience in UX design, graphic design, or digital design.
