· Minimum 3+ years experience designing interactive experiences · Bachelor's degree in design or related field · Experience or training designing in agile environments · Mastery of standard interactive design tools and process · Strong writing and verbal communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills · Strong visual/interaction design skills· Preferred eCommerce and/or retail design experience · Demonstrated ability to deliver large scale design initiatives with a bias toward scalable systems and patterns · Strong design thinking, human centered design skills
