Basic Qualifications · Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020 Preferred Qualifications · Working towards a degree in HR, HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field. · Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access and Payroll Systems and/or HRIS. · Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues as an employee in Human Resources · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Organized and detail oriented
