The U.S. Field Director is responsible for driving top-line sales and growth and evangelizing the Microsoft ecosystem for our #1 worldwide retail partner. Responsibilities include: In partnership with the US Retail Channel Marketing and Sales teams, identify and execute strategies for Microsoft products and services in our partner stores across the U.S. Develop, challenge, and motivate field partner store teams at the Region, District and evangelist levels to surpass expectations as you work through your partner relationships to influence a model where Microsoft is at the forefront of everything
Required Qualifications: Responsibility for, management and delivery of multi-outlet sales targets or achievements People management experience including building team culture and driving business success in the retail industry 10+ years of retail sales management Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of retail leadership in a multi-unit consumer electronics and/or high-end retail environment experience preferred.
