Treasure Truck is looking for a Sr. Manager, SDM to own the architecture, lead our engineering team, and innovate to drive customer-facing and internally-used software for this strategic and innovative program. At Treasure Truck, we delight customers with an entirely new shopping experience that melds traditional retail and online mobile shopping with a bit of carnival antics. We hand-pick our favorite new, trending, local, or delicious items, load them on the Truck, then cruise around town spreading joy for everyone with an appetite for fun. Like our products, our shopping CX is a highly curated experience. We're always doing something new on Treasure Truck, driving unique technical needs given the time-bound and limited quantity nature of our program where we don’t have a second chance to delight the customer and vendor. We need the right senior technical leader to help us delight customers with the above CX, operate efficiently with the right automation and elegant solutions, and build
· 5+ years of experience building and managing development teams · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Experience in delivering software projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies · Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where new value is delivered to customers weekly · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline· Experience developing long-term strategies and influences leadership decisions · Dealing with ambiguity in a fast paced environment · Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills · Program and project management
