The Amazon Home vision is to become the most trusted, admired, and loved brand in home furnishings. The Demand Generation team delivers new reasons to visit the Amazon Home store while building a long-term relationship with our customer through engaging and relevant marketing. We are seeking a Traffic and Marketing Manager with a strong data driven approach and innovative ideas to drive customer growth, specifically via direct traffic (on Amazon.com). The successful candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to identify new traffic opportunities. You will be asked to dive deep into data to understand our most effective and productive traffic levers, you will organize and track performance of our content themes, and will help simplify our approach to on-Amazon placements. The scope of this role includes: · Building campaigns and executing traffic-driving efforts on Amazon.com for Amazon Home categories, content,

· 5+ years of marketing, driving traffic, and acquiring customers. · Strong analytical background that includes experimentation and execution, as well as data analysis. · Excellent communication skills. Ability to discover new opportunities for driving traffic. · Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver results. · Excel (pivot tables) requested and SQL (basic queries) preferred. · Knowledge of HTML for merchandising campaigns.
