The Customer Experience Team (CET) Technology and Infrastructure Program Manager is responsible for driving technical innovation among the Microsoft Executive Briefing Centers (EBC), Experience Centers (EC) and Technology Centers (MTC). This role is primarily based out of Redmond, Washington, however, will also be responsible for strategizing and implementing solutions for EC's and MTC's worldwide. The CET Technical PM closely partners with stakeholders, contract owners and other vendors on implementing actionable deliverables that drive the Customer Experience Program forward. Additionally, this role is responsible for working with Global CET stakeholders to manage the creation and adaptation of design guidelines and AV/IT support contracts across the worldwide EC's and MTC's.

Drive technology innovation across multiple teams and global locations. Initiate creative and scalable technology solutions, presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders to inform the next evolution of technology. Ensure adherence of CSE/MESH technical support contracts with for EC's and MTC's by monitoring KPI's and interviewing EC/MTC directors on a regular basis. Triage support issues and provide ongoing guidance to internal support teams to achieve effective customer technical support. Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly. Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions and current industry trends. Understanding of cloud computing and IoT. Deep understanding of existing and future Microsoft meeting technology standards. Deep understanding of current MS AV/IT support tools (OMS, Fusion, MRCDP). Deep understanding and expertise with content protection technologies (DRM) and other digital media technologies making up the media stack (EME, HTML5, etc.).
