The PeopleTech Recruiting team needs talented, innovative recruiters that are engaged at finding top technical talent in order for Amazon to continue to expand. You will be responsible for seeking out new ideas, collaborating with teammates, and tracking metrics to dial into securing that talent. Your ideas on finding SDE talent, engaging candidates, and finding creative recruiting strategies is encouraged. This fast-paced, growing team focuses on event style recruiting to allow for optimal interviewing structure and experiences for your candidates. Successful candidates in this role are raising the bar for Customer Obsession and has the ability to dial into their metrics, pipelines, and recruiting strategies to deliver for our customers

· 1+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive technical recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement and closing strategies · Experience supporting and driving sourcing deliverables for senior leadership, hiring managers and all stakeholders of the hiring process · Experience recruiting for technical talent for roles including full stack/backend/frontend software development engineers, systems/support engineers, systems administrators, etc. · ATS experience with sourcing, monitoring and managing candidates · Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel,
