· Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required · 5+ years of recruiting experience · 2+ years management experience · Experience building, coaching, and managing a team in a corporate environment · Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets· History of delivering against ambitious hiring plans for a high tech organization · Have knowledge of workforce analytics, metrics, and early adopter of technology · Experience with managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
